About the images

None of the images presented here has been created with the aid of digital manipulation. All of the images have been processed with digital imaging software. The mine buildings were all shot at night with the structures lit internally by artificial light and externally by a combination of ambient and artificial light.

Equipment

Currently, Roger uses a Canon EOS 20D camera for digital photography. For medium format film photography he uses a Mamiya 645. For large format he employs a Toyo 5x4 field camera. When shooting film Roger uses Fuji for colour and Ilford for monochrome work.
